Both parties agree to comply with the Code of Conduct approved by AUTOCONTROL and the Spanish Advertisers Association (AEA), in force since 1 October 2025.

10. Pay-per-Sale Campaigns

In pay-per-sale campaigns, the Creator's remuneration is not a fixed fee per piece of content, but a commission on the sales attributed to the Creator in the Brand's store. The specific conditions of each campaign (commission amount or percentage, attribution window and dates) are set by the Brand when creating the campaign and are visible in the campaign itself.

Section 10.1 sets out the conditions applicable to the Creator who participates in a pay-per-sale campaign and forms part of the conditions that the Creator accepts when applying to this type of campaign; the remainder of this document governs the relationship with the Client.

10.1 For creators

  • The remuneration consists exclusively of a commission for each attributed and confirmed sale, in accordance with what the Brand has published in the campaign. There is no fixed remuneration or guaranteed minimum.
  • Attribution occurs only through the tracking link provided by Nickname. Without a valid click on that link there is no attribution, even if the sale has taken place.
  • Each sale remains pending for fourteen (14) days from when it is recorded. During that period, the commission may be canceled or reduced due to the return or cancellation of the order. Once that period has elapsed, the commission is confirmed and final.
  • Payment is collected through Nickname's usual invoicing mechanism and is subject to the service fee: the Creator receives eighty percent (80 %) of the commission paid by the Brand. Completion of the collaboration is a requirement.
  • Self-purchases, the use of unauthorized coupons, unsolicited mass distribution of the link and any manipulation of the tracking are prohibited. Non-compliance entails the cancellation of the commissions concerned and may lead to exclusion from the campaign or from the platform.
  • The attribution window and the end date are set by the Brand and are visible in the campaign. Clicks after the end date do not generate attribution. Attribution continues after the collaboration has been completed, provided that the click occurs before the end date and the order is placed within the window.
  • Nickname determines attribution in accordance with its own tracking records and resolves any dispute on the basis of those records. Nickname is not liable for the availability of the Brand's store or for any returns made in it.

10.2 For brands

  • The Brand pays a commission for each sale attributed to the Creator, set when the campaign is created as a percentage of the order amount or as a fixed amount per order.
  • Attribution is determined on a last-click basis within the configured window. Nickname's tracking records (pixel and API) are the only source for determining it. The Brand installs and keeps the tracking operational on its order confirmation page and does not manipulate or block it.
  • The Brand has fourteen (14) days from the recording of each sale to cancel it or modify its amount due to a return or cancellation, stating the reason. Once that period has expired, the commission is irreversible and subsequent returns do not give rise to a right to its refund.
  • The campaign requires a minimum initial deposit of one hundred euros (100 €), from which the commissions are reserved as each sale is recorded. If the Brand activates auto top-up, it authorizes the configured amount to be charged to its wallet and, failing that, to the saved payment method. Without sufficient funds, sales remain pending funds and the campaign may be paused. Any surplus is returned to the wallet when the campaign closes.
  • The commission includes Nickname's service fee (20 %); Nickname pays the Creator their share.
  • This model does not set a cap per creator: spending is controlled through the deposit, auto top-up and the end date.
  • The end date cuts off clicks, not sales: a sale with a click before the end date and an order within the window continues to be attributed and to accrue commission.
  • Nickname may reject or reverse sales showing signs of fraud, including, among others, self-purchases, duplicate orders and misuse of the link.
  • Nickname is not a party to the sale between the Brand and the buyer and is not liable for the store, deliveries, taxes or consumer claims. The Brand informs its buyers of the use of cookies and tracking technologies in accordance with the applicable regulations.
  • The Brand sends Nickname order identifiers and amounts; under no circumstances shall it send the buyer's personal data in the clear.
