How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you sign up for the PRO plan, you get 7 days of full access at no charge. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being billed. After the trial, your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual) begins.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings. When switching to annual, you'll save up to 20% compared to monthly billing.
What are transaction fees and how do they work?
Transaction fees are applied when you pay creators through the platform. On the Free plan, the fee is 10% per transaction. PRO members enjoy 0% transaction fees, and Enterprise clients can negotiate custom rates.
